Service Manager @ Chesley
Chad has been with Robert's since 2011. He began as a technician and has now found his place as Service Manager in the Chesley location.
Service Manager @ Lucknow
Steve has been with Robert's since 2012. He has been in the Ag Industry for 24 years.
Service Manager @ Mount Forest
Shawn has been with Robert's since November 2017.
Warranty @ All three Locations
Curtis has been with Robert's since 2011. He works with all three stores to cover the service and parts warranty.

At Robert's Farm Equipment, we know that downtime can be costly, so we have created a comprehensive inspection program to help keep downtime costs at an all-time low.
RCI's ensure that you receive PRIORITY service the following season and maintains your equipment value.

Service Toolbox Tips
Before heading out into the fields this summer perform the following check.
- Inflate tires to correct pressure and lower tractor to ground
- Refill fuel tank(s)
- Check radiator coolant levels
- Check oil levels
- Install fully-charged batteries
- Remove exhaust pipe covering
- Prime engine oil system
- Remove fuel solenoid relay /disconnect fuel solenoid
- Crank engine for 20 seconds/Wait one minute. Repeat procedure 2 or more times. IMPORTANT: Priming engine oil provides lubrication to the turbo-charger and engine before starting which will extend engine life
- Re-install the fuel solenoid relay/reconnect fuel solenoid
- Start engine & check that all instruments and controls function properly. Using tractor hydraulic system in Position Control. fully raise the left linkage and remove the supports
- Drive the tractor without a load to ensure that it is operating satisfactorily
